Using advanced CAD technology, Retro Revival was able to duplicate the Otto Link New York Double Ring. With great precision, replication process starts with hand drawings - precisely measuring every parameter - translating these numbers into computer code to produce 3D images. Then a CNC machine mills the exact measurements from one piece of the highest quality bar brass. Master mouthpiece craftsman Eric Falcon then hand faces, assembles the bite plates, and play tests every single mouthpiece before polishing.
