We will do our best to solve any problems you may have and if the item needs to be returned we will provide you with a REQUIRED Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Our Return Policy on most items is 14 DAYS from receipt of the product. Exceptions include mouthpieces, ligatures and other items where it will be noted as 7 DAYS.
- Be in the complete and original packaging
- Contain all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), - Show no signs of wear or use
- Include a Return Authorization Number
NOTE: Woodsy's reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not follow these requirements.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected we will provide you with your choice of a replacement, exchange, or a full refund less shipping. If your purchase was initially shipped free, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that Woodsy's Music assumes no responsibility for return shipping costs.
