Vintage New York 7 Bach Stradivarius
Brand: Bach
This Bach Stradivarius New York 7 is a prime and rare example of some of the best craftsmanship that came from the Bach factory in the Bronx during The Great Depression. Finished in 1930, the gold plating and engravings are still in fantastic condition. The horn is in excellent playing condition for being almost 100 years old. After looking it over and comparing with some other Stradivarius trumpets from that era, we believe some of the parts are not original. The mouthpiece receiver looks to have been replaced, and the valves look like they may have been rebuilt. Also we believe the gold plating is not original. Even so, this is an excellent horn and a beautiful piece of history. This one of a kind instrument presents all of the highest features and options that were available for a Bach Stradivarius trumpet at the time. Come in to see this greatly preserved piece of history for yourself!
