18th Annual Heritage Festival 2013 Kent Ohio

Saturday, July 6th is the 18th annual Kent Heritage Festival in downtown Kent, which is a wonderful thing! There will be three stages of live entertainment and over 120 vendors to patronize. So if you’re coming to Woodsy's that day, you will pretty much be attending the Festival ‘cause we’re right in the middle of it.

Parking will be a bit of an issue – here are a couple tips: our parking lot (behind the store) will not be accessible. The lot at the KSU School of Fashion (Lincoln and Main) will be open to the public that day; just a short walk to downtown. You will also be able to get to the lot behind Davey Tree and Ametek, and of course there’s the new parking garage.

So by all means come see us, take in a live band or two and grab an elephant ear, or something else that’s not that good for you! Happy Independence Day!
